Hollywood & Highland Center is a large entertainment and shopping
center located on Hollywood Boulevard. The complex was completed
in 2001 and is comprised of the following:
- TCL Chinese Theatre (aka Grauman's Theatre, Mann's Chinese Theatre
- Dolby Theatre (aka Kodak Theatre) that hosts the Academy Award
Show each year
- Grand Ballroom (used for the Oscars Governors Ball)
- Courtyard (surrounded by palm trees, exclusive shops, restaurants
and nightclubs.
- Loews Hollywood Hotel
Hollywood Highland Center
Visitors to the Center can enjoy an excellent view of the Hollywood's
famous sign from the third or forth floor of the complex.
Hollywood and Highland Center is located at 6801 Hollywood Boulevard
in the heart of Hollywood California. The LACMT Red Line metro station
is located beneath the complex.
